Shipping & Delivery – PetEaseAU
Everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times and tracking your AquaSpray Pro™ order in Australia.
We currently ship Australia-wide only – to all states and territories, including most regional and rural areas.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During busy periods (sales, holidays) processing may take an extra business day.
We ship with Australia Post for safe, trackable delivery.
- Standard Shipping: approx. 3–8 business days after dispatch
Remote and rural locations may experience slightly longer delivery times. All timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping is FREE Australia-wide on all AquaSpray Pro™ orders.
Your free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout with no minimum spend required.
Note: If you request a change-of-mind return, return postage is not covered by PetEaseAU. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Your AquaSpray Pro™ ships in our premium PetEaseAU protective mailer box, designed to keep your sprayer, adapters and FurCatch™ gloves safe during transit.
If your order:
- hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe,
- is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or
- arrives damaged,
please contact us at peteaseau@gmail.com with your order number and any photos (for damage). We’ll work with Australia Post to resolve it as quickly as possible.
For damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually update your address – please email us as soon as possible at peteaseau@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected from the post office in time, we can usually:
- re-ship the parcel to an updated address (additional postage may apply), or
- assist you in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
